Permit Application Fees

Should you wish to apply for a zoning permit by mail please call ahead for resrictions and setbacks. Download and print the proper application.  When mailing application please include a detailed drawing and payment  with the original signed application. Mail to:

$10        Zoning Code & Map (below)

$20        Accessory Uses and Structures, Residential Additions, Use Changes and Temporary permits. This includes fences, sheds, pools, parking lots, garages and home occupations.

$30        Signs

$40        Single Family Dwellings

$50       Any request needing approval from the Board of Zoning Appeals, Planning Commission or the Design Review   Commission. This includes variances, map or text  amendments, conditional uses, site plan reviews, substitution and/or enlargement of nonconforming uses and certificates of design approval.

ZBOA and Planning Commission Meeting Procedures

$100    Non-Residential Buildings and Additions less than 2,500 square feet.

$150     Non-Residential Buildings and Additions 2,500 to 4,999 square feet.

$250      Non-Residential Buildings and Additions 5,000 to 9,999 square feet.

$400      Non-Residential Buildings and Additions 10,000 to 19,999 square feet.

$650      Non-Residential Buildings and Additions 20,000 square feet or more.
