Rates levied by the Mercer
County
Commissioners as set forth in Ordinance 94-07-O shall be collected in
addition to those listed above in Rural Water Rates. These
fees, known as surcharges, amount to the following rate schedule:
| $0.60 per 1000 Gallons in 2008 |
| $0.70 per 1000 Gallons in 2009 |
| $0.80 per 1000 Gallons in 2010 |
| $0.90 per 1000 Gallons in 2011 |
| $1.00 first 3000 Gallons in 2012 and beyond |

The follwoing fees shall be the connection rates charged by the City of
Celina Muicipal Water System for water meters and services rendered in
the performance of installing water service lines and private main
extensions.
Service Fees Effective February 1, 2005 for all new building units
added or built after February 1, 2005:

Up to ¾" Diameter Service Line,
including $100 System Impact Fee ...$700

For all water line sizes One Inch (1") in diameter or greater, the fee
charged shall be an amount equal to time and materials plus a $100
System Impact fee. The minimum charge, including the System
